About Telroo

Who we are

Telroo is an online store for prepaid travel eSIM data plans, run from Australia. Telroo is operated by Jupiter Pty Ltd. We are not a mobile carrier: plans are issued through our eSIM network supplier and delivered by email.

The US store

The US store at telroo.com/us/ lists the same prepaid plans for travelers from the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars and you are charged in US dollars at checkout.

How plans work

• Plans are data-only: they do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Keep your US line for calls and texts if you need them.
• The QR code and activation details are emailed once the order has been processed.
• A plan's validity starts when the eSIM is first used in a covered destination, not when it is installed.
• Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check compatible devices before you buy.
