Before you buy: key facts
- Data only. No local phone number, standard calls or SMS. Keep your US line on for calls and texts if you need them; charges on that line depend on your own carrier.
- When the plan starts. Your plan's validity starts when you first use it in a covered destination, not when you install it. Install on Wi-Fi before you fly.
- On arrival. Turn on data roaming for the travel eSIM and choose it for mobile data.
- Price. US dollars, paid once by card through Stripe. Not a subscription.
- Delivery. QR code by email after payment, with install steps.
- Refunds. For a change of mind, request a refund if the eSIM has not been installed. Refund policy.
Greece eSIM or a carrier day pass?
US carriers charge a daily fee for using your plan abroad. A prepaid travel eSIM is paid once for the plan's validity.
- Verizon TravelPass: US$12 per day in Greece (high-speed data for the first 5 GB a day). Source.
- AT&T International Day Pass: US$12 per day on land (US$6 for each additional line used the same calendar day). Source.
- T-Mobile International 1 Day Pass: US$10 for 1 day with 2 GB of data. Source.
Checked 31 October 2026. Carrier rates and included data change; check your carrier's page before you travel. A Telroo eSIM is data-only: keep your US line for calls and texts if you need them. Read travel eSIM vs carrier day passes.

Will my phone work in Greece?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Phones bought on a US carrier plan can be locked to that carrier; ask your carrier if you are unsure. Check phone compatibility.

Greece eSIM questions
Does the Greece eSIM include a Greek phone number?
No. The plan is data-only: no Greek phone number, standard calls or SMS. Use internet calling and messaging apps, and keep your US line switched on if you need its number for calls and texts; charges on that line depend on your own carrier.
How does it compare with a carrier day pass in Greece?
Verizon lists TravelPass at US$12 a day in Greece, and AT&T lists International Day Pass at US$12 a day on land (both checked October 31, 2026). A Telroo eSIM is paid once for the plan's validity. Multiply your carrier's daily fee by the days you will use it and compare that with the plan price above.
