Before contacting support

Many setup issues can be resolved with the compatibility guide, installation guide or troubleshooting checklist. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support confirms that it can be reinstalled.

Refunds

Haven't installed your eSIM? Request a refund. A$0.30 per order is deducted to cover Stripe processing costs. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy.
