Does the eSIM include calls or a phone number?
No. This plan is data-only: it has no phone number, calls or SMS. You can use internet calling and messaging apps, while your primary SIM may remain available for calls or texts if your phone supports dual SIM.
Can I delete and reinstall the eSIM?
No. Each eSIM can only be installed once. If the eSIM is deleted, it can't be restored, and you'll need to purchase a new plan to keep using mobile data. Contact support before deleting anything if setup or activation does not complete.
